European Metals appoints critical minerals specialist as new director

European Metals Holdings (ASX: EMH) has appointed the highly regarded Merrill Gray as a Non-Executive Director to the Board.

Ms Gray is a highly experienced executive and non-executive of ASX and private companies. Her appointment brings over 30 years of metallurgical and mining engineering as well as geology experience., including large-scale new technology project development and production management skills.

Ms Gray currently works as a global critical minerals and renewable energy (including hydrogen derivatives) corporate advisor, having previously been MD and CEO of Syngas Ltd (Founder), Hexagon Energy Materials Limited (ASX: HXG) and Co-MD of lithium-ion battery recycling company, Primobius GmbH. She has significant international experience, including within the European Union and specifically with German automotive OEM’s. Merrill brings experience and networks across the lithium-ion battery supply chain.

She holds Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Science degrees, as well as an MBA, and is a fellow of The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Australian Institute of Engineering.
