Nutritional Growth Solutions to enter Southeast Asia and expand China presence with multi-region distribution deal - The Pick Online Magazine

Nutritional Growth Solutions Ltd. (ASX:NGS), a global nutrition company creating clinically proven products to support growth development in children and young people, is entering Southeast Asia and expanding its presence in China through a multi-region distribution agreement with leading Australian-based distributor, Australia Sunshine International Group Pty LTD.

The non-exclusive three year distribution agreement, which is effective immediately, will see Nutritional Growth Solutions’ Healthy Heights® Grow Daily shake stocked through leading e-commerce platforms in China and Southeast Asia, including Fortune 500 company and one of China’s largest online retailers bytransaction volume and revenue, JD.com (NASDAQ: JD), as well as multinational e-commerce platforms Lazada and Shopee, and TikTok’s emerging e-commerce channel.

The agreement will be rolled out in two stages, with initial registration and marketing work to commence immediately, and the first purchase orders to occur from Q1 CY22 onwards, once production of the New Zealand manufactured Healthy Heights® product becomes available.
