With commodity prices rising and large numbers of ASX-listed resources stocks seeing eye watering gains in recent months, timing could not have been better for the annual RIU Sydney Resources Roundup being held in Sydney this week.
Now in its 14th year The RIU Sydney Resources Roundup is widely regarded as the largest resources conference on the east coast of Australia, by number of companies presenting, and is only rivalled nationally by the Diggers and Dealers Conference in Kalgoorlie.
This year, more than 60 ASX-listed companies will present over the three days of the conference (8, 9 and 10 May), giving the more 850 registered attendees unparalleled access to executives from some of the countries leading resources companies.
The event boasts presentations from some well-known exploration and production plays, such as the Ken Brinsden led Pilbara Minerals (ASX:PLS), Gruyere gold mine developers Gold Road Resources (ASX:GOR) and copper-gold company Xanadu Mines (ASX:XAM).
Investors will also find a host of other promising smaller companies, including west Australian conglomerate gold company De Grey Mining (ASX: DEG), Namibian focussed cobalt explorer Cazaly Resources (ASX: CAZ) and iron-ore turned diversified minerals explorer BCI Minerals (ASX: BCI).
