Human resource technology platform developer TikForce Limited (ASX: TKF) has made what it says is a breakthrough agreement with a large Australian miner.
The company reports that its wholly owned subsidiary Tikforce Operations Pty ltd has entered into a commercial agreement with global mineral sands mining company Iluka Resource Ltd, (ASX: ILU).
TikForce Managing Director, Kevin Baum, said this is a significant milestone for the company and for the validation of the Tikforce system.

“There has been a significant amount of innovative work by the TikForce team and by Iluka to create a solution that is so comprehensive and affordable that Iluka can enable every worker across its suppliers for the North Capel site to use the TikForce system.
We are excited that this is the first 100% TikForce compliance site and thrilled that fitness for work and compliance requirements to access site have been integrated.
“We expect company and regional expansion as the tangible benefits of the TikForce system are delivered and understood,” Mr Baum said.
The TikForce solution being installed at Iluka’s North Capel site in Western Australia and will provide a fully integrated solution to manage workforce risk by:
- Verifying and matching credentials to the specific role and activity requirements carried out by individuals.
- Guaranteeing each individual coming on site has completed all required inductions and job requirements before entering the site.
- Preventing site access for anyone who fails mandatory alcohol testing and fitness for work requirements.
- Provide real-time information ensuring each site visit is undertaken based on up to date qualifications.
Mr Baum said the solution has been developed by working closely with the Iluka over the last six months.
