Warriedar Resources Limited (ASX: WA8) has commenced a Ground EM survey has commenced at the Golden Range and Fields Find Projects in Western Australia.
The survey will cover two targets identified in the 2014 Airborne EM survey data at the Golden Range Project, and six targets identified in the 2023 Airborne EM survey data at the Fields Find Project.
The programme is being carried out by Vortex Geophysics under the direction of Newexco Exploration, leaders in EM survey planning and data modelling. The data will be collected using the fixed loop EM configuration, based on well constrained filament modelling using the Airborne EM data.
Ground EM data is collected prior to drilling to allow the geometry of the subsurface conductor to be better understood and the pierce point for optimal testing to be better constrained.
This initial Ground EM programme is expected to take two weeks to complete.
Drilling continues in parallel at both the Golden Range and Fields Find Projects.
The TopDrill rig is currently drilling along the main mineralized shear at Golden Range, while the Challenge rig is drilling at the Rothschild prospect on the eastern side of Fields Find.
Warriedar currently has 4,752 samples awaiting assay analysis at the lab, with a priority order placed on the first set of holes from the Rothschild drilling programme.
